The Shoe Surgeon Gives the "Shadow" Air Jordan 1 a Pony Hair Makeover
The first release in the “Pony AJ1 Pack.”
After showing off a pair of pony hair “Banned” Air Jordan 1’s back in April, The Shoe Surgeon returns with another high quality edit on the all-time classic silhouette. With the “Shadow” AJ1 as his canvass, the LA-based technician adds satin pony hair to the entire upper of the sneaker in shadow grey and black. The resulting luster immediately catches the eye and each pair is finished off with a “Shoe Surgeon” and “Los Angeles” tab on the tongue in gold.
The Satin Pony Hair Shadow AJ1 will be the first release in a “Pony Pack” that will include “Royal” and “Bred” AJ1 versions which The Shoe Surgeon plans to release this summer for his fans. You can head over to his website to purchase on June 10 for $1,200 USD a pair, only 10 pairs will be available.
