The NBA Finals came to a close Monday night with the Warriors reigning supreme, temporarily dethroning the Cavaliers’ LeBron James. But friend to the courts, Rihanna, quickly took to Instagram to reaffirm LeBron’s kingship, posting an all too appropriate except from The Lion King. The video is masterfully dubbed to cast a new set of characters in the iconic film — Rihanna as Simba, LeBron as Mufasa, and Kevin Durant as Scar.

Alongside the video? Two powerful hashtags: #LongLiveTheKing and #KingisStillKingBitch. The pop star was also careful not to draw any lines in the sand, throwing in a shot out to Durant and “ROCNation.” Whether LeBron will eventually choose a new empire to preside over remains unclear, but what is clear is that Rihanna will always have his back.
