Nike Unveils Paris Saint-Germain's New Home Kit
With a little help from the leading goalscorer in France, Edinson Cavani.

PSG has always had one of the slickest kits out there and the Parisian favorite’s 2017/18 home look is no different. Unveiled today by Nike with a little help from the leading goalscorer in France, Edinson Cavani, the kit is a contemporary reimagining of “the club’s heritage alongside a fresh application of its signature red, white and blue palette.” Here, the Swoosh’s Aeroswift tech is draped in midnight blue while the club’s signature red stripe has been reinvented in a thin linear chevron that runs from top to bottom. That red extends to the shoulders while a patriotic stripe runs around the neck and is juxtaposed with a blue stripe down the sides. Finally, engineered zones throughout the shirt create a subtle geometric pattern while enhancing its fit.
PSG’s new shirt is due to be available from nike.com and select retailers this Thursday, May 25.
