Garmin Introduces the VIRB 360 4K Camera for All Terrain Footage
The spherical camera delivers pristine resolution with a simple interface.

Today Garmin announced the VIRB 360; a compact, rugged, and fully spherical 360-degree camera ideal for newcomers capturing footage in harsh terrains and outdoor activities.
The waterproof VIRB 360 is designed for a user-friendly experience that captures high-quality video up to 5.7K/30fps, with four built-in microphones to capture sound in any direction. The camera’s 4K Spherical Stabilization2 makes every video smooth and steady, whether users are kayaking down river rapids or mountain biking through the elements.
The camera captures video with an automatic in-camera stitching up to 4K/30fps, and can easily upload footage for editing or sharing instantaneously. The built-in GPS and numerous sensors provide owners with customizable G-Metrix data overlays in a 360-degree augmented reality setting.
The camera also incorporates voice control options to start and stop recordings, snap photos and more with simple one-touch button controls. It also features livestream capabilities to post to YouTube or Facebook Live, but only with compatible Apple devices.
The Garmin VIRB 360 has a suggested retail price of £649.99 EUR (approximately $841 USD) and is expected to be available in June.
