Nike Introduces the Free Run Motion Flyknit 2017
The Swoosh runner gets a lifestyle-inspired spin for 2017.
The Free Run Motion Flyknit has been a staple of Nike‘s running lineup for a few years now, starting out simply as the Free Flyknit in 2013 before becoming the Free RN Motion Flyknit last year. This season, however, the Swoosh is completely reimagining the design. Simply dubbed the Free Run Motion Flyknit 2017, the design once again pairs a Flyknit upper with a Free sole unit, but ditches the lacing entirely in favor of crisscrossing straps that provide a lockdown fit over the top of the foot. The collar has also been extended a bit for a more sock-like mid-top look.
Debuting in a combination of black, white, “Pure Platinum” and “Wolf Grey,” the Free Run Motion Flyknit 2017 is due out this Thursday, April 13, at Nike spots like Titolo.
