After starting development back in 2001 which was then followed by its first official drop in 2004, Nike’s Free sole has managed to change the way athletes run almost yearly. The Swoosh has added further innovation to the footwear technology that with the Nike Free RN Motion Flyknit shoe. Its mashup up of reliable protection along with an important barefoot feel is credited to Nike’s latest studies upon the foot’s natural movement. The model’s splaying midsole sets it apart from previous runners of the past thanks to its ability to mimic the reaction between the body and foot against the surface via its adaptable tri-star shaped sections along the Free sole. Working in unison with its Flyknit upper, the Nike Free RN Motion Flyknit exemplifies the term free.
