An Official Look at the NEIGHBORHOOD x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star '70

Not long ago, Converse and NEIGHBORHOOD announced a brand new footwear collaboration that is comprised of the One-Star ’74 and Chuck Taylor All Star ’70 models. The classic tonal-black variants are done up in NBHD designer Shinsuke Takizawa’s signature style that culls both military and motorcycle design cues. Trailing closely behind our in-depth look at the One-Star are official photos of the coveted high-top courtesy of the Swoosh. The ’70 boasts a rugged leather-infused canvas upper that is placed firmly on top of a rubber sole alongside a revamped sock-liner. However, the most eye-catching feature definitely goes to the “gear shift” toe overlay that is constructed out of leather and rubber for unparalleled durability, especially if you’re cruising on your bike.
