COMME des GARÇONS has teamed up with optical specialists Cutler & Gross to release a capsule collection of sunglasses. The range, which consists of two pairs of sunglasses, was made to celebrate its upcoming retrospective at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. CDG is no stranger to working with the eyewear brand, having first collaborated with them back in 2005 and this time Cutler & Gross re-released a version from the collab archives, specifically the pairs from the 2010 spring/summer collection that used a gingham pattern on laminated acetate material. The shades are available from Cutler & Gross’s web store now in a red colorway and a blue colorway, costing £310 GBP (approximately $386 USD).

If you’re on the lookout for more sunglasses to add to your collection, then be sure to check out the latest Stüssy eyewear range.
