Japanese designer Yasuko Furuta and his TOGA VIRILIS brand prepare for the 2017 fall/winter season with a functional lineup as diverse in color schemes as is with styles and silhouettes. Displaying a creative take on layering, select ensembles showcase signature coats placed over top of inner items combining jackets, sweaters and various shirt combinations. Choice accessory pieces also stand out as beaded pouch holders clip onto belts, elaborate brooch pins attach to sweaters and tasseled necklaces team with button-down tops. With no one central theme running consistently throughout, Furuta pays homage to classic cowboy-influenced styles through fringed tops and bolo ties.
