The New 'Cars 3' Trailer Presents Lightning McQueen's "Last Chance"

Disney-Pixar has released a new trailer for the forthcoming Cars sequel Cars 3. A more in-depth breakdown of the Cars 3 narrative than past teasers, the new vignette provides a broader look at Lightning McQueen and his climb back to the top. While the previous trailer focused on the animated film’s other vehicles and the events surrounding McQueen’s crash, this one focuses on the aftermath. As previously released, the new Cars project will deal with darker and more serious themes than the series’ past entries.
