Not long ago, Saint Laurent offered a stunning visual lookbook for its 2017 fall/winter menswear collection. Now, the high house uncovers all of its cold weather looks envisioned by fledgling creative director, Anthony Vaccarello. The designer’s sophomore range — revealed at Paris Fashion Week this past Tuesday — sees bold takes on texture as well as unconventional design cues. The assemblage is comprised of glitzy suiting, lavish outerwear and loose bottoms constructed out of a slew of textiles. Standout items include shiny black shearling jackets, frayed knitwear and snakeskin-lined blazers.
