ROKIT's 2017 Spring/Summer Collection Pays Tribute to Misled Youth
A first look at the streetwear label’s newest lookbook.
Lifestyle brand ROKIT marries skateboarding and basketball culture for an aesthetic that succeeds as much on the pavement and courts as it does in the most fashion-forward areas. The label’s latest collection is titled “Misled Youth,” and as the name implies, the offering pays homage to the “raw energy and relentless honesty” of inner city teenage life. Graphic hoodies, oversized outerwear, mismatched camo-print pants, and cape-like rain ponchos all pay tribute to “wanderers, misfits and lapse of judgment.” The collection lookbook is presented in a classic Japanese print publication style, reflecting the LA label’s multicultural influence.
