atmos Pays Homage to Its "Elephant" Nike Air Max 1 With Upcoming Bearbrick
Just in time for the shoe’s Air Max Day return.
Originally released back in 2006, the atmos x Nike Air Max 1 “Elephant” is rightfully one of the most iconic Air Max drops of all-time and Swoosh fans agree, crowning it the winner of last year’s Vote Back for a 2017 return. Now, just ahead of its Air Max Day rerelease, atmos is paying homage to the 11-year-old classic with a Bearbrick collaboration alongside Medicom Toy. Appearing in both 100% and 400% form, the limited edition release comes covered in the iconic grey-based elephant print while blueish-green atmos branding echoes the look of the collaborative AM1’s Swoosh.
Expect the Bearbricks to be available from the likes of project 1/6 and Sports Lab by atmos beginning March 18.
