Hood By Air Has Unexpectedly Cancelled Its Paris Fashion Week Show
“We will get back to you shortly regarding the collection.”

Don’t expect to see Shayne Oliver’s latest designs in Paris this upcoming weekend: Hood By Air has unexpectedly cancelled its upcoming runway show for Paris Fashion Week. “Due to unforeseen circumstances, we inform you that the fall-winter 2017 Hood By Air show scheduled on Sunday, 5 March 2017 is cancelled,” says a statement from HBA. “We will get back to you shortly regarding the collection.”
The reasons behind the cancellation remain unclear, but the show would have offered up the first look at the brand’s Fall/Winter 2017 pieces after it elected to skip New York Fashion Week earlier this month in favor of show in the City of Light. The event — which marked the official end to Paris Fashion Week’s March 5 schedule and would have been HBA’s first-ever women’s ready-to-wear show in the French capital — would have followed HBA’s Spring/Summer 2017 display, which debuted in a Marais sex club last summer.
John Galliano is now slated to fill Hood By Air’s Sunday night slot.
