In anticipation of his forthcoming Snake Charmer EP, Fool’s Gold’s Promnite drops a brand new single off of the project titled “Ride Around.” Featuring Adam Vida, formerly known as A-1, the follow-up to his Denzel Curry, Nell, J.K. The Reaper and Twelve’len-featured banger “Gunsmoke” is a first-rate collision of earth-shattering kick drums and marching band instruments. Promnite shares:
Ride around’s one of my favorite tracks on this project. The song itself really is reminiscent of when I was young and just doing whatever I had to or wanted to do, so right away the first person I thought of was Adam Vida for this. He’s just the type of rapper that can tell a story, make it fun and still keep it one hundred within the lyrics. The song itself feels very Bay Area but also remains true to my sound. I think we were able to fuse both cultures together on this one.
