Quavo Gifts His Alma Mater's Basketball Team With Custom Nike LeBron 15s

In a move that sees Quavo pay it forward, while graciously giving back to his alma mater, the Migos member recently pulled up to his old stomping grounds to surprise, or rather, shock, the school’s basketball team. A former standout quarterback for the Berkmar High School football team, Quavo is all too familiar with the concept of camaraderie, not only as a former star athlete, but as a member of one of hip-hop’s biggest acts.

Taking time to greet the boys mid-scrimmage, the artist than leads the team to the locker room, where the young players can be seen and heard screaming in awe at discovering Quavo’s most generous gift. Along with sneaker retailer Finish Line, each player was handed a custom pair of Nike LeBron 15s, which the Migos member dubbed “Huncho Berkmar Brons.” While in the locker room, Quavo can be heard rallying the troops saying, “Keep it strong and everybody gonna win.” Check out the video below for a look at the surprise gesture.
