Helmut Lang Premieres a Lucite Briefcase
Shayne Oliver had a clear idea for this piece.
Helmut Lang, headed by designer Shayne Oliver, plans to drop a lucite briefcase. The piece originally previewed at New York Fashion Week show last September, however it was not apparent if it would make it off the runway. Shayne’s take on the attaché will join the annals of other Helmut Lang Lucite offerings, though this may be the boldest of them.
The case features a full transparent body, except for the silver clasps, with “HELMUT LANG” emblazoned in frosted letters on the side. Pre-orders are being taken for $695 USD with a ship date of December 28. Head over to Helmut Lang’s website to place order.
