Common Projects Returns With More Italian-Made Goodness
Premium sneakers, shoes and boots.
Minimalist footwear imprint Common Projects debuts its Fall/Winter 2017 collection, full of wearable, accessible silhouettes.
Common Project trades on a selection of understated shoes in a variety of recognizable silhouettes like slip-ons, skate sneakers and derbies, utterly restrained in design aside from several small gold numbers on the outside rear heel panel. The brand’s Tournament, Basketball Low, Derby Shine and Track Runner models, to name a few, are all on hand in the usual muted colors. Premium grain leather and suede uppers are mounted on sleek rubber Margom, crepe and leather soles, minimizing the sneakers’ profiles. Naturally, the label’s best-selling Achilles tennis-style sneaker is back, in a spate of wearable tones, including Blush.
