Ataribox Suffers Development Issues, Pre-Orders Delayed
Retro gamers, despair.
Preorders for the Ataribox was scheduled for December 14, today, but has been delayed according to an email from the company. Atari said it aims “to create the platform and ecosystem the Atari community deserves.”
And so, to make sure its product is up to snub, it’s delaying pre-orders until the products issues are settled. A new launch plan will be announced in the coming weeks, with the company teasing that early supporters may receive a discount for the $250 to $300 USD priced console. Stay tuned for more details.
