Balenciaga Reveals Updated Triple S Silhouette & New Colorways

Since first being released, Balenciaga’s Triple S has been one of 2017’s most spoken about releases. The chunky-soled sneaker became one of the year’s most coveted sneakers, with a series of colorways dropping throughout the year including exclusive releases for SSENSE and Dover Street Market.
According to images posted on Balenciaga’s website, however, it appears that the Demna Gvasalia-led brand could be bringing the shoe back for 2018 with two new colorways now emerging. One of the two new images sees the sneaker reworked with a fluorescent yellow upper with tonal elements. The second shows what appears to be a new version of the sneaker’s upper, which comes in a tonal blue colorway with pops of orange on the sole.
There’s no news yet on when the new Triple-S sneakers will be releasing, but it seems they will be part of the Parisian label’s next collection. While you wait for them to drop, take a look at Balenciaga’s ultra nostalgic campaign for Spring/Summer 2018.
