UPDATE: Staple Pigeon Announces One-Day Pop-Up For "Black Pigeon" Dunks
The return of Reed Space will also bring in a merch line.
Last week, the hotly anticipated 2017 Nike SB Dunk Low “Black Pigeon” was finally given a release date of November 11. Staple Pigeon has now revealed that the sneaker is set to drop even earlier, with a one-day pop-up store planned for November 7. UPDATE: Taking to Instagram, Staple also confirmed that an apparel collection will be dropping alongside the footwear at the Reed Space store that Jeff Staple founded.
This year’s version of the shoe is different to the original, with a tonal black nubuck upper replacing the previous grey and white color palette. Elsewhere, the sneaker features the same “Sienna” red outsole, as well as Nike branding on the heel tab and the classic Staple pigeon. When the first iteration of the Pigeon Dunks dropped back in 2005, hopeful fans camped outside for up to three days to get their hands on a pair, so don’t sleep on this one.
To get you excited for the impromptu drop, take a closer look at the sneaker before it hits the market.
