Japanese mega select-shop JOURNAL STANDARD has paired up with Taiwan’s plain-me for a themed drop of goods for Fall/Winter 2017. Taking cues from battlefields and the intense bond formed between soldiers serving during a war, the brands have offered up a substantial array of goods.

Keeping to a brief range of neutral tones, the capsule range includes outerwear, pants, accessories and graphic T-shirts. Boasting an array of pullover jackets and tonal layering pieces, the relaxed-cut collection diverges from its understated palette on an assortment of colorful shoulder bags. The base pieces and outerwear are all crafted from DuPont Teflon, which not only offers strength but also water-resistance should you find yourself in a sudden downpour. Completing the collection is a small medley of co-branded, graphic white T-shirts, with bold black prints.

The selection is already available to peruse on plain-me’s website. Last month, Journal Standard released a selection of looks to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
