Graphic Artist YOSHIROTTEN Takes Over BEAMS Harajuku
One night only.
Graphic artist YOSHIROTTEN has been tapped for the latest edition of BEAMS‘ PLAN B artist series. PLAN B is an experimental, year-old multimedia program in which artists are given free range over a BEAMS store for a one-night art event.
PLAN B’s 45th staging, this show marks YOSHIROTTEN’s debut performance at the BEAMS-hosted event. Dubbed ‘FRAMED *,’ the exhibit will center around projected digital art, which will feature on the walls and ceiling BEAMS’ Harajuku location, even bursting out through windows. Featuring performances and sounds from Qiezi Mabo and UTENA DESTROY NAOMI, YOSHIROTTEN will utilize dramatic lighting and projectors to transform the store into “a magical space.”
