Rich the Kid & Kendrick Lamar Stunt in Futuristic Cars For "New Freezer" Video
Featuring a cameo from Swae Lee.
A month after unleashing their joint single “New Freezer,” Rich the Kid and Kendrick Lamar reconnect for the official video in support of the high-profile collaboration.
One of the major followups to the September clip for the solo single “Cookies & Sherbert,” the “New Freezer” vignette finds its pair of creators in the midst of a trip around town — there’s flashy, futuristic rides, late-night food spots and some after-hours turn-up sessions. While Kendrick Lamar and Rich the Kid are definitely an unlikely duo, they showcase some pretty solid chemistry here. Besides the aforementioned pair, Rae Sremmurd superstar Swae Lee also shows up to party and stunt.

Last week, Kendrick Lamar also made his presence known in the new visual released for another one of his recent collaborative cuts, Rapsody’s “Power.” Towards the start of this month, he also revisited his Compton roots for a hard-hitting track with hometown hero YG Hootie.
