The Nike Air Pegasus '89 Returns in "River Rock"
A clean look for one of Nike’s retro sneakers.
As part of its fall lineup, Nike is bringing back one of its classic silhouettes with the release of the Air Pegasus ‘89 in “River Rock.” The Air Pegasus ‘89 isn’t something we see that frequently from the Swoosh, with its Jacquard “Volt Green” colorway coming out more than a year ago.
This time around, the sneaker combines different overlays of suede and textile for the upper, coloring each panel a different shade of dark green. Also seen on the sneaker are different grey layers underneath the green, as well as Nike’s branding on the tongue patch and along the side. The entire look is finished off with a textured white rubber sole resting below the upper.
