UPDATE: The Nike Air Max 97 “Volt” will make its way to U.S. retailers like Lapstone & Hammer on November 17.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Air Max 97, Nike recently announced that it is set to release the OG “Volt” of the retro sneaker. Staying true to the original, the upcoming re-release features a paneled leather and mesh upper accented by eye-catching reflective 3M hits. While subtle Swoosh branding and a white midsole with a visible Air Max cushion rounds up the design of the shoe. Retailing at $170 USD, the Nike Air Max 97 “Volt” is set to release at retailers like Titolo October 28.
