UNDERCOVER's 2017 Fall/Winter Collection Has Something to Say About The "Brain Washed Generation"
Jun Takahashi makes mind control fashionable for his imprint’s latest theme.

The “Godfather of Streetwear” Jun Takahashi has always remained true to his design aesthetic — he creates imaginative pieces that reflect Japanese cool and beyond. For 2017 fall/winter, UNDERCOVER progresses the narrative of what it means to be “Brain Washed” in this generation. Through the prints in the range, we see commentary on topics such as media, subversive symbols, and technology. But ahead of these striking graphics are the construction techniques exhibited in the lineup — you have oversized outerwear options, clever quilting on trousers, winged-backpacks, shredded knits and even loose tailoring. Everything here just proves why Mr. Takahashi will always be pegged as fashion’s king of cool.
