Nike Puts a New Spin on the OG "Emerald" Colorway of the Air Huarache
The Swoosh updates the retro runner’s best colorway for the season ahead.
Your predominately white “Emerald” Huaraches probably won’t do too well in the unpredictable weather of the months ahead, so Nike has gone ahead and given one of Tinker Hatfield’s most iconic designs an autumnal makeover. Retaining the silhouette’s signature “Emerald”- and “Resin”-colored neoprene bootie, the new take on the classic swaps out white leather and a matching mesh toe in favor of black while the TPU heel support wrap has been done up in grey so as to retain the contrasting look. As per usual, however, a white air-cushioned midsole and black rubber outsole provide the finishing touches.
Huarache fans can find these now at Caliroots while a more widespread release is sure to follow at NSW spots in the weeks ahead.
