The New Sonos Flagship Store in NYC Is an Immersive Space for Die-Hard Audiophiles
Featuring a massive installation comprised of 300 booming speakers.
Sonos, the home audio company known for its premium speakers recently unveiled images of its flagship store in New York City’s SoHo neighborhood. The 3,000-square-foot retail space contains an enfilade of seven listening rooms where visitors can get a unique ears-on experience of its latest products. Customers will also get a chance to feast their eyes upon a massive installation (17-by-24-foot) of 300 active speakers adorned on a wall that is located in the space’s downstairs lounge. In a statement, Sonos Executive Creative Director, Dmitri Siegel said that the store is suppose to make visitors feel at home as they peruse the home theater, study room or kitchen.
The Sonos store is slated to open on July 19th.
