Nike Drops Another Clean Version of Its Darwin Silhouette
Roshe and Presto design cues meet a simple black and white colorway.

Nike’s Darwin was an unexpected hit when it dropped back in January, thanks in large part to its monochromatic “Triple Black” and “Triple White” colorways, not to mention its clear nods to both the Roshe and Presto. Now the sleek low-top is making a return for the summer — and, once again, black and white hues are its hallmark. This time around the design opts for a predominately black upper, applying the look to the molded heel counter, Dynamic Flywire, and tongue and heel pulls as well while contrasting white accents take care of the branding and sole unit. The latest release also switches things up from its predecessors in terms of construction, going with a neoprene collar and tongue instead of the breathable mesh that was used on the all-white and all-black pairs.
