Côte & Ciel and Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto Join Forces on a Fall Bag Collection
A remake of two coveted bag designs.

Côte & Ciel and Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto just announced their plans to team up and create a line of bags to be released this fall. It is a pairing that makes perfect sense since both houses are well known for their avant-garde approach to design. Côte & Ciel is characterized by its cool, pod-like backpacks, while the Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto line is famed for its precise, yet highly-creative tailoring. Two core backpacks from Côte & Ciel, the Isar and Moselle, will receive a re-envisioning as they’ll be made with eco yarns and given a matte black finish.
Priced between $720 and $780 USD, the pieces are expected to launch this month and will be available for sale on Côte & Ciel‘s site, as well as shops in Hong Kong and Toyko.
