FILA Collaborates With Sweet Chick for a Finger-Lickin' Cage Sneaker

As a staple for homemade fried chicken and waffles in New York’s Williamsburg and Lower East Side, Sweet Chick has more than made its presence known on the taste buds and in the hearts of New Yorkers. Now, the friendly food joint wants to make its way to your feet as well, in the form of this latest collaborative FILA Cage sneaker. Available in crimson and off-white colorways, the high-top sports a tonal suede upper, while the silhouette’s distinctive cage feature around the heel is rendered in plush tumbled leather, all atop a clean gum outsole. Custom co-branded tongue patches and lace medallions reading ‘CHICKEN’ and ‘WAFFLES’ on opposing sides add the finishing touches to the sneaker.
