GU and Engineered Garments are joining forces for a third collaboration, bringing Daiki Suzuki‘s utilitarian design sensibilities to an accessible Fall/Winter 2026 wardrobe. Building on their previous releases, the latest eight-piece lineup places a stronger emphasis on adaptable layering, cold-weather comfort and practical detailing.
Leading the range is the Padded 2WAY Oversized Work Coat, a versatile outerwear piece that transforms from a long coat into a shorter coverall by folding its hem inward. Constructed from three-layer bonded polyester ripstop, it incorporates padding, a corduroy collar and oversized utility pockets, offering water-repellent, wind-resistant and insulating properties.
Elsewhere, the Cozy Melton Parka reinterprets a flight jacket through a cropped, rounded silhouette and vintage wool-like fabric, while the Fleece Utility Jacket and Fleece Hooded Oversized Vest introduce plush textures and multi-pocket detailing inspired by traditional workwear.
Designed for unisex styling, the capsule provides a comprehensive selection of cold-weather essentials crafted from durable fleece, knitwear and technical materials. The third Engineered Garments x GU collection opens for online pre-orders from October 12 through October 18, 2026, ahead of its official full retail launch on October 26, 2026, across GU store locations and online.
