Concepts & Dr. Martens Join Forces for the Very First Time
A military-inspired take on an old school low-top.
Fresh off of its “Varsity Weekend” release alongside New Balance, the now global Concepts has joined forces with Dr. Martens for the very first time to drop a special take on the British stalwart’s 1461 style. Opting for military inspiration, the release sees the 3-eye design outfitted in smooth black and green leather while Martens’s famed air-cushioned sole unit is attached with a Goodyear welt.
Complete with an extra set of laces and gold foil co-branding on the footbeds, the limited-edition 1461 is due to hit Concepts’ Cambridge and New York City flagships this Saturday, December 3, at 10 a.m. ET while an online release will follow at 12 p.m. ET.
