Thrasher Magazine is the authority in skateboarding, making its annual Skater of the Year award the most coveted honor in the sport. This year’s shortlist includes names like 1999’s winner Brian Anderson, Dennis Busenitz for his killer adidas part, Louie Lopez, Jerry Hsu, Evan Smith, Figgy, Kyle Walker — who just dropped “No Other Way” along with fellow nominee Elijah Berle — Ishod Wair, Lucas Puig, and a few others. It surely won’t be an easier choice, as evident by the 10-minute video above where nearly every pro street skater attempts to weigh in on who should take home 2016’s SOTY award.
