Nike Dresses the Air Max 90 Utility in Olive Hues
The Swoosh brings a militaristic look to its rugged take on the retro runner.

As the silhouette’s debut “Infrared” colorway illustrated, this year’s Air Max 90 Utility — a rugged rendition of the Tinker Hatfield-designed retro runner that’s tailor made for the fall/winter season — differs significantly from the sleek, seamless pair that dropped in 2015. Now Nike is dropping yet another colorway of the shoe, this time dressing it in distinctly militaristic hues for a look that’s even tougher. Dominated by olive green, the shoe retains its water-repellant nylon shroud, inner bootie, and leather construction and, in this case, sports black accents throughout.
