LeBron James and Yao Ming Wrap Up Nike's "RISE 2.0" Tour
Nike brings out Chinese legend Yao Ming in the last leg of LeBron’s Rise 2.0 tour.
Between starting a college fund for Akron youth stateside and his tour around Asia for Nike’s Rise 2.0 series, LeBron James has been in a bit of a philanthropic hot streak over the summer. Here we find the Cavaliers superstar wrapping up Nike’s Rise 2.0 tour in Asia, which found James in Shanghai and Manila promoting basketball and positive physical activity. Teaming up with surprise guest Yao Ming, the two unveiled Nike’s very first public basketball court that uses Nike Grind – a program that recycles shoes into reusable building material.
