A First Look at the fragment design x NikeLab Air Trainer 1 SP "U.S. Open"
fragment design continues its consideration of Nike’s classic tennis trainer.

Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design continues its celebration of Nike’s long-running Air Trainer 1 silhouette with the release of another pack. The two-part “U.S. Open” collection comes ahead of the international tournament in New York later this month, and celebrates the iconic court at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens. One version of the sneaker comes outfitted with a plush blue leather upper, which is set off by a white outsole and red lace tips. Alongside this stands an all-white version, which looks perfectly fitting for the view from courtside. While no release date is set, look for this iteration of the NikeLab Air Trainer 1 SP to arrive around the U.S. Open’s August 31 tipoff.
