Nike Kobe X Elite "American"
Red, white and blue for the one and only POTUS.
In anticipation of the U.S. presidential election coming up in 2016, Nike drops a POTUS-themed Kobe X just as the NBA launches Hoops for Troops this week. The fall/winter sneaker honors United States leaders and has an “American” title due to its patriotic colorway of University Red, White, Obsidian and Bright Crimson tones. The sneaker’s red Flyknit upper is contrasted with Obsidian purple-blue hues on the laces and sole. A large Swoosh makes a statement in white on the side.
