“I would never disrespect her like that.”

Adele‘s new album 25 is set to arrive on Friday. Tomorrow, Zane Lowe will air an hour-long interview with her on Beats 1 Radio and according to Lowe, they will talk about “everything” — he even reveals that it’s one of the favorite interviews that he’s ever done. In the conversation, she revealed who which other artists she likes:
“I love Lana Del Rey. She stirs my soul. I love Alabama Shakes, and I think Brittany—the way I first felt when I heard Etta James is the way I feel when I heard [Brittany]. She’s so amazing. She’s f*cking amazing. She’s an exquisite singer. I love Drake. I love Tobias, I love CHVRCHES, I love the Maccabees, I love Florence’s record very much. Obviously Queen Bey to the day I die.”
While on the topic of Beyoncé, she made sure to set some records straight:
“There’s a rumor going around that I turned Beyoncé down, which I would never be so disrespectful as to do. I would never disrespect her like that.”
