Earlier this month, Agenda’s first showing of 2014 began down in Long Beach. The trifecta of shows for Agenda, Long Beach was a suitable way to start off the new year through a series of interesting installations and residual activity that complemented the main act of buying and selling. Agenda Emerge continued on the strength of its initial showing last summer with Greg Selkoe of Karmaloop, Keith Hufnagel of HUF, Tom Campion of Zumiez, and finally an exclusive one-to-one convo between Paul Rodriguez and Nas. Meanwhile, Flexfit’s Basecamp and Skullcandy each hosted several artists who engaged in live painting sessions. Finally, Sophia Chang curated the “Babe Show,” and with it brought a female dynamic to the show.
