Hometown icon KENZO debuted its Fall/Winter 2014 collection in Paris earlier this week, showcasing a relatively subtle range for the forthcoming season. With last year mainly concerned with strong exotic influences in patterning, this year is noticeably scaled back, featuring subtle color blocking, dark layering, and relatively straightforward silhouettes. Despite these qualities, the color palette remains diverse, ranging from deep brown to lavender, with even a noticable version of ‘volt’ yellow executed on a line of jackets.
