Packer Shoes Collaborates With Umbro for Limited "COPA 100" Collection

To honor the 100-year anniversary of the Copa America tournament, Packer Shoes joined forces with iconic soccer brand Umbro for a special collection that is very much ladened with USA pride. It’s the first time the tournament has ever been held in the states and both companies are aptly paying their respects to the U.S. National team with their “COPA 100” capsule.

For the footwear segment of the capsule, the duo got their hands dirty on the Umbro Linesman Trainer which takes its silhouette from Umbro’s classic soccer boot: the Speciali model. The trainer is fitted with full-grain leather shoe and has been handcrafted in Portugal. It features red and blue accents, a smooth suede heel cap, stars on the tongue, and 13 stripes flowing along its lateral sides. There will only be 30 pairs for folks to cop around the globe and the shoe will retail for $175 USD.

The apparel portion of the collection features a black cotton polo with a proper Packer patch and two USA-inspired soccer jerseys rocking the number 10 — a gesture of admiration for the countless soccer greats who carried and still carry the lucky number on their backs. The jerseys will be available to purchase for $80 USD each while the polo will go for a generous $50 USD.
