One of the newest and most technologically advanced silhouettes in Jordan Brand‘s basketball lineup, the Air Jordan 34 Low has been revealed in a wildly-printed, heavily-patterned colorway. A veritable “What The” of recognizable Air Jordan motifs, this low-cut Air Jordan 34 may be futuristic in tech, but it’s decidedly old-school in style.

In a word, uppers are jarring — though not in the standard negative context. Toeboxes use a three-shade mix of grey with a print typically linked to the Air Jordan 7. Underneath the midfoot’s translucent TPE sheath sits a “Nothing But Net”-style mix of tones, with heels taking on classic elephant print first seen on the Air Jordan 3.

Tying together all these heritage embellishments are stark black eyestays, throats, collars and midfoot seams. Blue and red branding appears on the tongue as well, contrasting with the heel’s bright maize Jumpman graphic. Finally, Air Jordan 4-esque cement midsoles hold a black Eclipse plate and black forefoot piece to round off the look.

These Air Jordan 34 Lows are set to release at retailers like atmos on June 4. The MSRP is set at $165 USD.
