adidas Originals revived the Streetball silhouette earlier this year, bringing the retro silhouette back to ride the wave of old school nostalgia informing many contemporary sneaker drops. Taking cues from 1993’s Streetball II, the hefty sneaker is set to arrive in a variety of colorful makeups, just in time for the changing seasons.

Neutral tones inform the quartet of upcoming silhouettes, with the Streetball’s unique shape allowing for a host of playful contrasting touches. One pale iteration juxtaposes “Cloud White” and “Glow Green” against soft accents of “Hi-Res Aqua,” making for a gentle palette that stands in opposition to its counterpart of “Cloud White”/”Core Black”/”Flash Orange.”

Elsewhere, a darker model makes use of “Solar Yellow” and “Shock Pink” to striking effect, upending the understated suede upper with bold splashes below. Even the materials shift between shoes, with suede panels on one sneaker swapped for grain leather on another, each one delivering a different take on the breathable mesh at the midfoot and rubber outsole below.

Look for the new colorways to hit adidas’ web store on September 26 for $110 USD.

Recently, adidas Originals partnered with Wales Bonner for a seasonal footwear collaboration.
