Fans have finally been given their highly anticipated first look at the epic conclusion to Denis Villeneuve’s blockbuster trilogy, with the studio releasing an action-packed first trailer alongside a stunning series of character posters.

Adapting Frank Herbert’s seminal 1969 novel Dune Messiah, the upcoming film promises to be a much darker and more complex exploration of power and prophecy. The narrative picks up following a significant time jump, exploring the complicated and treacherous reign of Paul Atreides, played by Timothée Chalamet. Villeneuve has previously confirmed that this project will serve as his definitive and final installment in the Dune cinematic universe, bringing his sweeping, visionary adaptation to a natural conclusion.

The newly released character posters highlight the massive, star-studded ensemble cast driving the trilogy’s finale. Returning stars Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, and Florence Pugh are featured prominently alongside massive franchise additions.
