The first trailer for Peacock‘s The Office spinoff series, The Paper, is here.
The upcoming series moves from the original US series’ Dunder Mifflin office in Scranton, Pennsylvania to the newsroom of the Toledo Truth Teller in Toledo, Ohio. The Paper follows Ned Sampson’s (Domhnall Gleeson) arrival at the newspaper, which is staffed with a group of hardworking yet unexperienced journalists. Despite this, the new Editor-in-Chief is determined to revive the historic Midwestern newspaper.
Joining Gleeson in the main cast are Sabrina Impacciatore, Chelsea Frei, Melvin Gregg, Gbemisola Ikumelo, Alex Edelman, Ramona Young and Tim Key. Reprising his role from The Office as Oscar Martinez is Oscar Nuñez, who refuses to be involved in any of the filmed material.
