Houston-based label Glass Cypress has debuted its limited edition collaborative capsule with New York’s Scarr’s Pizza. Presenting a four-piece capsule that highlights the classic chef’s uniform while celebrating culinary culture, the collaboration explores utility and familiarity.
The release features a light-washed denim set that features Glass Cypress’ signature Nakshi Kantha embroidery to give a subtle nod to the classic chef’s uniform. The capsule also features a black canvas cargo short that is designed for the coming warmer months in mind, paired with a soft cotton co-branded tee. Functionality at its finest, the collection also celebrates Scarr’s community, rooted in cultural exchange.
To celebrate the release of the collaboration, Glass Cypress and Scarr’s hosted an in-store activation at ESSX in tandem with its Spring/Summer 2025 collection. Following the in-store event, a private dinner was hosted in the back dining room of Scarr’s Pizza by ESSX and Glass Cypress. The pieces remain available in-store at ESSX and will be released online later this week.
