BRABUS, best known for its high-performance supercars, is entering the luxury real estate market with the debut of BRABUS ISLAND — its first-ever residential development, unveiled in Abu Dhabi on April 26. Located in the upscale Al Seef District, the 100,000-square-meter island will house 450 residences, including 350 apartments and 100 bespoke villas, each customizable with BRABUS interior design inspired by its MASTERPIECE vehicles.
The project marks a bold evolution for the German brand, bringing its signature “1-Second-Wow” aesthetic from the road into the world of branded architecture. Developed in partnership with Cosmo by Reportage Properties, construction begins in summer 2025, with handovers starting in 2028 — prices range from €700,000 to €6.5 million ($790,000 to $7.33 million USD).
“Now, for the first time, we’re not just designing vehicles for a lifestyle — we’re designing the lifestyle itself,” said BRABUS CEO Constantin Buschmann. Each home offers modular interiors with options like Black and Bold, White Bliss and Gray Haven, allowing owners to create their own BRABUS living experience.
