The upcoming Spider-Man 4 officially has a title.

Franchise star Tom Holland announced via video at CinemaCon 2025 that the fourth installment in the superhero franchise will be titled Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and is set to hit theaters July 31, 2026. The actor, who was on location for Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, shared in the video that Brand New Day will be a “fresh start” for Peter Parker following the sad events of No Way Home, wherein he had to remove himself from the memories of his loved ones.

Destin Daniel Cretton of Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings will be directing the upcoming film, noting his love for the project as his son’s first words were “Spider-Man.” No additional details, including information regarding Sadie Sink’s role in the fourth movie, were announced.

Filming is set to begin this summer with Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers returning to write the script.

Stay tuned for more info. Spider-Man: Brand New Day hits theaters July 31, 2026.
